Abstract: Recently a Higgs like particle is reported to be discovered at CMS and ATLAS experiments at CERN LHC with a mass of about 125 GeV. The aim of this paper is to study the theoretical upper bound of lightest CP even Higgs mass in MSSM, NMSSM and ESSM. Although at this moment it is not possible to conclude whether the observed Higgs like particle is Standard Model Higgs or Supersymmetric one, yet the present paper comes to the conclusion that it is possible to accommodate ~125 GeV Higgs mass within MSSM, NMSSM and ESSM.
